Tickets are on sale now for the third annual Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW) Woman ICON event, honoring a trailblazing woman in commercial real estate who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation, paving the way for future generations.
The celebration will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Phoenix Art Museum, 1625 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix, and will include networking, appetizers, cocktails and the event program. Guests can enjoy additional networking and complimentary museum visiting hours following the event.
Tickets and sponsorships are open to members and non-members. Details are available on the 2026 Woman ICON Event Page.
The AZCREW 2026 Woman ICON winner will be announced at the event, along with the organization’s 2026 Rising ICON Scholarship recipient.
Amy Jo Martin will serve at the 2026 ICON event keynote speaker. Amy is an entrepreneur and author of the New York Times best-selling book, “Renegades Write the Rules,” and host of the “Why Not Now?” podcast. A former Phoenix Suns employee, Martin also founded Renegade Global, focused on encouraging human-centered innovation and accelerating leadership, with a special mission to help female founders and entrepreneurs thrive in business and leadership.
“Woman ICON has become one of AZCREW’s most anticipated traditions, and its impact reaches far beyond our membership into the broader commercial real estate community,” said AZCREW President Nicole Solar, with Olsson. “This event is a powerful reminder of our collective commitment to advancing women in our industry. By recognizing a Woman Icon, we are showcasing the leadership, talent and power that we have right here in Arizona.”
“The Rising ICON Scholarship is another key cornerstone of the 2026 ICON event,” said AZCREW President-Elect Carol Schillne, with ORION Investment Real Estate. “AZCREW is about opening doors for women. This scholarship carries that legacy forward in the most tangible way, by investing directly in the women who will lead our industry into the future.”
Sponsored by AZCREW members and former Woman ICON honorees Beth Jo Zeitzer of R.O.I. Properties and Jackie Orcutt of CBRE, the $5,000 scholarship offers funds for licenses, prep courses, exams and other professional development expenses for women who are new to brokerage, recent college graduates or current professionals looking to transition into commercial real estate brokerage.
The deadline to register for this year’s event is September 15, 2026.
