VaynerX has appointed Anthony Latino as chief financial officer (CFO). A 10-year veteran of VaynerX, Anthony has played an integral role in the financial operations and growth of the organisation and will now oversee the company’s global financial organisation as it continues to scale and evolve its portfolio of businesses.
Anthony’s appointment represents a natural evolution of VaynerX’s leadership team. Having spent the last decade inside the organisation, he brings deep institutional knowledge of the business, its operating model and its ambitions for continued growth, alongside the financial rigor and strategic perspective needed to help guide its next chapter.
“Anthony has been such an important part of this company for the last 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier to see him step into this role,” said Gary Vaynerchuk, chairman of VaynerX. “He’s earned it, knows this business inside and out, and has been an incredible partner to our leadership team. I have enormous confidence in him and am excited for everything ahead.”
As CFO, Anthony will oversee VaynerX’s global financial strategy and operations and partner closely with Vaynerchuk and the broader leadership team. His focus will include ensuring the financial organization continues to evolve alongside the business, enabling smarter decision-making, disciplined investment and sustainable growth across VaynerX.
“VaynerX has been home for a long time, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for this company and the people who have built it,” said Anthony Latino, chief financial officer of VaynerX. “I’ve grown alongside the business, and stepping into this role feels incredibly meaningful. I’m excited to bring a modern approach to finance – staying close to the business, helping our teams make smarter decisions and investing in the right places to fuel what comes next. There’s so much opportunity ahead, and I’m excited to help build on the foundation our Finance team has established.”
Prior to joining VaynerX, Anthony worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he built a strong foundation in financial strategy and operations. Over the past decade at VaynerX, he has applied that experience across an increasingly complex global organisation, developing a deep understanding of both the financial and operational drivers of the business.
Anthony succeeds Alan Harker, whose decade-long tenure as CFO helped guide VaynerX through a significant period of growth and evolution across the organisation.
