Oregon’s Lanning talks Penn State White Out game and Mo Bamba
Oregon head coach Dan Lanning talks the Penn State White Out atmosphere and “Mo Bamba.”
ESPN’s “College GameDay” is heading to State College in Week 5.
The weekly college football pregame show will air live from State College on Saturday, Sept. 27, ahead of No. 2 Penn State’s highly anticipated top-10 matchup with No. 5 Oregon. The game has massive College Football Playoff implications, as a win for either team would be a huge resume boost as both programs are poised to compete for a Big Ten championship this season.
The Nittany Lions fell to Oregon 45-37 in the conference championship game last season, with the Ducks locking in the No. 1 seed of the CFP in the process. It was Penn State that reached the semifinals, however, as Oregon was upset by No. 8 Ohio State at the Rose Bowl quarterfinal game.
One thing’s for certain: State College will definitely be ready for the “GameDay” crew of Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban and Kirk Herbstreit in Week 5.
