Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park are pleased to welcome Dustin Armbrust as Vice President of Information Technology.
As the Zoo and Safari Park continue to invest in the future, technology plays an increasingly important role in supporting the experiences our guests and members enjoy, the work our employees do each day, and the conservation efforts that advance our mission.
Dustin brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen security, and build high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Vice President of IT for Bethesda Senior Living, overseeing technology operations across 21 communities in five states.
In his new role, Dustin will lead the systems, infrastructure, and technology strategy that support operations across both the Zoo and Wildlife Safari Park, helping ensure we continue delivering exceptional experiences while positioning the organization for the future.
“Technology touches nearly every part of our organization, from supporting our employees and operations to enhancing the experiences we provide our guests and members,” said Jeremy Eddie, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. “Dustin’s leadership and expertise will help ensure we continue investing in the tools and systems needed to support our mission and future growth.”
Dustin is relocating to Omaha to be closer to family and looks forward to becoming part of the community while helping shape the future of Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park
