The Buffalo Bills are getting ready to host the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday for a classic AFL matchup that should feature plenty of fireworks by quarterbacks Josh Allen and Justin Herbert. Both teams are dealing with injuries to key offensive starters, but Los Angeles that may have the hardest path to carve out to earn the team’s first win of the season due to a shortage of pass catchers.
It’s likely the Chargers make roster moves to reinforce the tight end position, but it would appear that Gadsden is in line for featured snaps at tight end. Patrick Herbert (brother to Justin) is currently on Los Angeles’ practice squad, and seems to be a likely candidate to be called up in Week 3.
Buffalo will monitor wide receiver DJ Moore this week to see how the AC joint sprain he suffered in Week 2 responds ahead of Sunday’s game. Additionally, the Bills are also managing a hip injury with defensive tackle Ed Oliver.
