One of the few picks the Cleveland Browns that wasn’t involved in a trade, the team used the 146th pick in round five to select Parker Brailsford, center out of Alabama. Brailsford was the third offensive lineman selected by the Browns, joining tackles Spencer Fano and Austin Barber.
Brailsford started his career at the University of Washington where he played for two seasons. As a redshirt freshman, Brailsford was named a first team Freshman All-American by PFF, FWAA and AFCA as well as All-PAC 12 Second Team by coaches. When head coach Kalen DeBoer took the job at Alabama, Brailsford was one of the players that followed where he was named a team captain for the 2025 season. In 2024, he was named a second team All-American by the FWAA and in his final season, he was third team All-SEC. He started a total of 40 games at center, plus two at right guard.
