The Joliet Latino Economic Development Association has partnered with the Illinois Restaurant Association to offer a Foodservice Sanitation Manager (ServSafe) Certification in Spanish.
This two-day course will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 28 and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 29.
