December 6, 2024 (LOS ANGELES, CA) – Los Angeles-based fine wine consultancy Wines of Impact introduces Lì Quì Dò wine cartons from Lasorte Cuadra of the Valle d’Itria in Puglia, marking an innovative leap in wine packaging and storytelling at Eataly Los Angeles. In-store tastings this holiday season featuring Wines of Impact founder Belle Bermúdez offer consumers the opportunity to experience a new paradigm of wine enjoyment.

Distributed stateside by Terrestoria Wine Imports and marketed in partnership with Wines of Impact, Lì Quì Dò

represents a bold approach to wine that prioritizes sustainability, social impact, and immediacy to consumers. The targeted regional launch not only speaks to retail customers, but also focuses on the hospitality industry, highlighting the potential of premium boxed wines to revolutionize by-the-glass wine offerings while improving restaurant profit margins.

“Lì Quì Dò by Lasorte Cuadra is more than just wine—it’s a mission-driven brand committed to preserving the cultural legacy of Puglia’s winemaking traditions,” said Bermúdez, one of LA’s earliest champions of the alternative wine packaging category. Together with Lasorte Cuadra, which operates from a traditional wine cooperative in Valle d’Itria, Wines of Impact is committed to ensuring fair trade opportunities for small family farms while preserving native grape varieties.

Packaged in the 3L box format (equivalent to 4 standard bottles), Lì Quì Dò wines offer the practical benefits of a significantly reduced carbon footprint and extended shelf life with fresh drinkability for up to one month after opening.

ABOUT THE WINES

Lì Quì Dò – IGT Puglia Bianco is a captivating white wine that brings together two ancient grape varieties: Verdeca, the Valle d’Itria’s flagship grape of notable herbal character and its aromatic counterpart Minutolo.

Lì Quì Dò Rosso – IGT Puglia Rosso is a chillable red blend showcasing two of Puglia’s rarest indigenous grapes: Susumaniello, which provides rich dark fruit flavors and robust structure, and Ottavianello with floral notes and subtle spice character.
