Travel Leaders Network Adds Over 300 Member Agencies in 2025

Travel Leaders Network significantly expanded its footprint in 2025, onboarding over 300 new member agencies. The influx — comprising 264 U.S. affiliates, 36 Canadian agencies, and four associate franchises — injects more than $300 million in annual preferred supplier sales into the network.

The recruitment surge highlights a persistent operational reality for today’s independent agencies: the need to leverage the buying power of a massive organization without sacrificing their own brand identity. TLN, a division of Internova Travel Group, has leaned into a flexible support model to attract these owners, allowing members to cherry-pick tools rather than adhering to a rigid franchise structure.

“Agencies want to feel supported, not standardized,” Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network, said in a statement. “They’re looking for partners that can meet them where they are, while also giving them access to resources and leverage they simply can’t achieve on their own. That balance is what’s driving our growth.”

For the new members, the draw is largely operational scalability. TLN absorbs the heavy lifting of technology development and supplier negotiations — costs that are becoming increasingly prohibitive for standalone agencies. This includes access to non-GDS booking interfaces, engagement marketing, and consumer lead generation via TravelLeaders.com.

Cruise inventory also remains a critical hook. New members gain immediate access to blocked group space and amenities through the network’s Distinctive Voyages and Culinary Collection programs — essential assets for advisors trying to secure cabins on sold-out sailings without incremental fees.

“Our role is to use our size so our members don’t have to,” Pearlman said. “We absorb cost, complexity and negotiation at the network level, allowing agencies to focus on their clients, their brand and their long-term success.”
